The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) provides a limited amount of financial
assistance to help patients with significant financial need who are under a
doctor's care for a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis. Reimbursement are processed through your local chapter and payments are issued directly to you.

Patient financial aid is limited to residents of the United States or its territories and US military personnel stationed abroad. This program is supported entirely by public contributions. Patient Aid funds are subject to availability.

or

• Print, complete and return the online application in English or in Spanish  to your local chapter.

Patients who participate in the Patient Financial Aid program may also be eligible for the LLS Co-pay Assistance Program.
